TENDER FOR THE CLEANING SERVICES CONTRACT OF THE EMBASSY OF SPAIN TO THE PHILIPPINES
Subject of the Contract: Cleaning Services.
Maximum budget of the tender: PHP 1,368,000.00 (taxes included). Any bid exceeding said amount shall be automatically excluded from the tendering procedure.
Duration of the contract: 24 months, with two extensions for 12 months each, under the same conditions. The extension period shall be compulsory for the business owner provided notice is given at least two months in advance.
